Returns & Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
Please contact us first prior to returning your product as several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or sanitary goods and gift cards are excluded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or the purchase on your account.
To return a product, please send them back within 14 days of receiving your parcel to our address at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Change of Mind :
You can return your items within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. For store credits, we’ll provide you details for the amount minus any shipping charges.

Broken or faulty items :
Any items that arrive broken or faulty will be replaced if we are notified within 14 days of receipt. For items that arrive broken or damaged, please email us a photograph within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and the item will be promptly replaced.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Missing or Incomplete order:
If for any reason there is an issue with your order (missing or incorrect), please email a picture of your order to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt and we will guide you through the replacement process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issues to you, or your credit card or original method of payment, normally within 3-4 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account, credit card or other refunded method as it can often take some processing time for the refund to show up.
